Ok. This is SO overdue. Pardon me for my laziness please. Work is just too tiring. hehe.

Right. Anyways.. As those of you who reads my blog knows, I had tried a product call “Baby Foot” which promises you baby smooth skin on your feet after using it by peeling your accumulated dead skin off.

Let the photos do the talking shall we? (Warning: It’ll spoil your appetite.)

These disgusting photos was taken after my shower when the skin is softer and is peeling more easily. Just gently rub the skin and it will flake off. If you are going to try the product, do remember not to forcefully pull the skin out as you may hurt yourself.

On Day 10, there is still one last piece of stubborn dead skin on my feet. That is the part where many girls tend to have harder dead skin due to the frequent wearing of heels. It feels alot like fake skin and it feels very irritating to have a piece of hard skin stuck on your feet.

Peeling completed on Day 11! Skin feels smoother though it’s not as smooth as a baby’s foot. The product instructions say some people may need to use it twice or thrice in a row before they can see visible results, due to the accumulation of thick dead skin cells. Otherwise, it is recommended to use this once every 2-3 months to maintain the results.

Overall I think this is a good product that saves you the trouble of filing your foot a few times a month (if you are diligent). The price, $29.90, is like going for a pedicure without the nail polish and shaping of nails which is quite okay since the results may last u a longer time and it really gives you a sense of satisfaction seeing the skin peeling off.

About 2 weeks after the peeling my dead skin cells started to grow back. Maybe I’m one of those who needs to use more frequently at the first stage to completely get rid of the dead skin accumulated.

There are so many different brands out there that promises the same effect at about the same price. Recently I saw a brand going at $19.90 ($10 discount) plus a free moisturiser (Big bottle) at Watsons. Was so tempted to buy but dunno if I should. Can’t find any related info online about it. Should I be adventurous again?

While I ponder over that question (I hope the offer is still on), you can consider getting one for yourself. Let me know how it works for you! :))

Todays marks the fourth day since I started my beauty leg routine. heh heh. Let’s see my progress:

Dr Scholl Qtto Gradual Compression Stockings for Sleeping

My calves seemed to have become more toned after wearing the stockings. It’s not much of the centimetres lost though, since that stockings cannot break-down fats.

The product “promises to improve blood circulation, reduce water retention and swelling, relieves tired and aching legs, giving you sexier, shapelier legs overnight.”

The first time my dad and sis saw the stockings in my hands they asked me what it was. I was a little reluctant to tell them as I had anticipated their following replies:

Sis: Waste money for what? This type of things no use de la. Even newspaper report also say no use liao.

Dad: Aiyo. How much you spend? ($47) Aiya! So expensive! Tell me ma.. I got one from the hospital. 20 over dollars only..

Me: I know la it cannot make my legs slimmer la! I just bought it to improve my blood circulation to reduce the appearance of the veins on my legs. (Which is true k..)

Anyways.. I have been faithfully wearing it every night to sleep. It’s either my skinny jeans had become seasoned and expanded, or simply cos my calves became smaller, I could slip into my skinnies more easily now. I sincerely hope it’s the latter. Shall continue wearing it and pray for miracles. hehe.

Baby Foot Easy Pack
Before I bought this I had been considering it for many months. I did my research and saw many photographs of other women’s peeling feet. I finally make up my mind to try it out. Hopefully it will end the days of filing my foot frequently to get rid of the dead skin.

This is what is inside the box:

Soaking my feet for two hours while watching TV and dyeing hair. You can walk around in the socks but it’s a little difficult. See the dead skin cells on my feet..

I was beginning to worry when my skin shows no sign of peeling.. Although the manual did say that the peeling will take a few days to start but it’s difficult not to think whether this is another scam product. haha.

The first sign of peeling was on my right foot’s fourth toe. I read reviews saying that the skin came off easier after a workout, probably due to the moisture on the sole of the foot.

This morning I went to The Newpaper Big Walk at Marina Bay 2010. I came home and realised that my skin seems to be breaking up. It was obvious after I had my shower. Oooohhh~ So Exciting… hehe..

The peeling process wasn’t as scary as I thought it will be. Skin that came off was mostly soft. Instruction says that it is important not to peel off the skin manually but rather, let it do it’s own renewal. Thus I dun dare to touch it much also. Follow me through my feet peeling journey :)

Shall blog again soon. I’m looking forward to my Baby Foot! ^^

OMG. I have been doing alot of beauty shopping. *slaps myself*

Today was my first time to really explore fr3b. It’s a website that offers you free products sample. You only need to pay for the postage and admin fee. Not much though. I “checked out” four items today and only paid $2.00 for the samples. It’s more worth it to request for more samples at a go, i realised. Cos it costs $1.50 if you check out only one item. Each user can check out at most 4 items per request. Then you will have to wait for another 48 hours before you can requestfor other items.

Points are needed for sample requests. One review earns you 2 points (to redeem one sample) so in a way to make sure you have points for future redemption you have to write more reviews. I like this system. Very effective to get people to contribute their thoughts, which is the main point of this website. On top of that you get eliminate the cheapos. haha.

I did quite a few reviews today. Though I did not got the samples from them, I bought and tried the items before so just giving my two cents worth. Think I shall repost my comments there onto my blog some day. 独乐乐不如众乐乐 ^^

Click here to visit the website. Be a member. Even if you dun wan to redeem any samples, it’s good to do some research before you spend your hard-earn money :)

Shall blog my samples experience after I used them.. oh no.. i got alot of products to blog. Well….

Watsons is really my best friend and my worse enemy.

I can’t seem to not find anything that I don’t want to buy in Watsons. Doing a simple calculation today, I had spent over $2,000 in the past year (just for last year) when I joined their membership programme. And it’s mostly spent on beauty products for myself……

My trip to Watsons last night was another fire started in my pocket. I spent $98.60 on four items. Although twhere ji was supposed to pay for one of them as our anniversary gift. I’m still waiting for the money from him. hehe

Want to know what I bought? hehe

I bought Scholl’s Qtto Gradual Compression Stockings (size L for my elephant legs), Purchase with Purchase, Ginvera Jade Dark Eye Circles Roll Away, Baby Foot Easy Pack and Beauteen Hair Dye in Peach Berry.

I tried the compression stockings last night. My calves measured 37cm and ankle 21cm before usage. Took pictures of my elephant legs but going to show them only in the next post. Don’t so fast spoil your appetite. haha. Woke up in the morning feeling that my calves is a bit toner and it measured 36cm but I have a feeling it’s not accurate so going to try a few more days first before giving my verdict.

I dyed my hair while soaking my feet for two hours in the baby foot deep skin exfoliating lotion today. My hair is now a reddish tone. Hopefully it won’t make me look auntie-ish. I’m also afraid that my hair is not evenly dyed… :( shall do a more through check tomorrow.

According to the instructions on the Baby Foot product box, the dead skin on my feet will start to peel off within 2 weeks and will reveal baby smooth skin, thus the product name. I’m waiting… I’m waiting… I’m waiting for my skin to come off…. hehe.

ok. I can’t make it already. I shall continue my spreeeeee talk tomorrow when I’m feeling more awake. *eyes closing*

여러분 안녕히주무세요~
